Question 1

Why am I not getting interviews even though I'm applying?

Accepted Answer

The most common reason is a positioning gap — your resume may not be aligned with the specific language, skills, and requirements of the role you're targeting. PIVOTOR Alignment scores your resume against your target role and shows you exactly what's missing.

Question 2

What is a Role Alignment Score?

Accepted Answer

Your Role Alignment Score measures how well your resume matches your target role across skills, keywords, experience depth, and narrative fit. A low score means your resume is likely being filtered before a human reads it.

Question 3

How does PIVOTOR Alignment help with ATS?

Accepted Answer

The platform checks your resume against ATS requirements for your target role — identifying missing keywords, formatting issues, and skill gaps — then generates an optimized resume that passes ATS filters.

Question 4

Is the Role Alignment Score really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your first Role Alignment Score is completely free. No credit card required. You can see your score, top gaps, and transferable skills without paying anything.

Question 5

Can PIVOTOR Alignment help with a career pivot or industry change?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Career transitions are one of the most common use cases. The platform identifies transferable skills buried in your experience and helps you reframe your background in language that resonates with the new role or industry.
